About Sacral Somatic’s
Sacral Somatic Yoni ceremonies has it’s lineage in the Priestess temples, a sacred ancient practice that initiated women into their power, pleasure, and voice that provided not only an experience of her body and her agency over it, but also what bought pleasure to her body.
Sacral – The Yoni is the core of the sacral centre and is often called Womb, Pelvic Bowl, pelvic Space. This space is our source of femimnine power, strength, vulnerability, sexual energy, relationships, money. this space has the potential to heal and trasnform sexual energy, our relationship with money and self. The sacral chakra, located in the lower abdomen, is often associated with creativity, pleasure, sensuality, and emotions. It is also connected to our sense of self-worth, personal power, and the ability to assert our desires and boundaries. When we suppress our authentic feelings, desires, or instincts and rather than conform to external expectations or societal norms, this can result in imprints in the sacral area.
Somatic’s – Of the Body. Somatic’s is a holistic approach to understanding and healing the body-mind connection. It emphasises the importance of paying attention to bodily sensations, movements, and the wisdom of the body, uniting voice and body, so the voice becomes an expression of what is most alive in her body.
Yoni – a Sanskrit word for the entire female reproductive system
A Sacral Somatic Yoni ceremony honours the feminine, this ceremony has no agenda other than to revere and worship the woman, for the woman that she is. A space is created where she is met where she is at. Where she can slowly meet her body and it’s responses to receiving without having to give anything in return, and be held in that.
Full bodied permission is the foundation of a Sacral Somatic Session, the session is guided by the woman and held in sacredness by the practitioner.

An undressing ceremony – to symbolically remove all that you no longer want to carry forward
A full body intuitive massage, back and front
External and Internal yoni work
A redressing ceremony
Integration time
